Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeshadow Sticks Review

Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeshadow Sticks Review

The new Rimmel Scandaleyes eyeshadow sticks come in 9 beautiful shades (#001 Whitness White, #002 Bullet Proof Beige, #003 Bad Bronze, #004 Guilty Grey, #005 Tempting Turquoise, #006 Paranoid Purple, #007 Gossip Green, #008 Blackmail & #009 Blamed Blue) and are perfect for every skin tone. Its ultra-soft formula blends effortlessly for a luminous finish, its jumbo applicator creates a dramatic look in just one stroke and it can be used as an eye shadow or as an eyeliner. It’s waterproof & smudged proof for a dramatic eye look that lasts all day; its also dermatologist & ophthalmologist tested, what more could you ask for?

I had the opportunity to test out all 9 shades thanks to Rimmel’s amazing PR team and I’m having a hard time picking my favourite; all the colours are all so beautiful. The Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow Sticks are offered in pencil form, that you will need to sharpen, but you have the control and ease of a pencil eyeliner that we’re all use to. These are easy super easy to use and gives you a precise application each and every time. These are multi-function and can be used as a primer, applied all over your lids for that extra pop of  colour, of course you can wear it as an eyeliner but my favourite lately is using it on my lower lashline/ waterline.

My eyes tend to water easily and I have a very hard time finding a pencil that last longer than 20 minutes but they seem to last a good 4-5 hours on my waterline without coming off. I try really hard not to fall asleep without taking my makeup off, but when Rimmel said that these will last 24 hours, this gave me an excuse to sleep in my makeup. I kept the eyeliner on overnight and the next morning the colour was still there, talk about full-proof, you really do need makeup remover to get some of these colours off your eyelids.

The texture of the Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow Sticks are creamy, soft, lightweight and super pigmented. They are easy blendable and glide onto the skin with ease. I did have to apply a primer before application so it didn’t crease or wear off too quickly. You get a ton of product (3.25g) for only $6.99; at this size you’re going to have it for a while.

ooh, you know what, I found mine at the dollar store. Its a double one, one side is for normal pencils, the other side is for larger ones, like these Rimmel ones.
