It really does provide a pretty full coverage with only the smallest amount. I suggest starting off with a dime size amount, on the back of your hand and working in with a foundation brush, picking up a small amount at a time. Since it blends into the skin so beautifully and is extremely easy to build, without looking cakey, you’ll be able to apply more, if need be. I don’t suffer from oily skin, so I can’t really comment on whether or not it helps to control excess oil, all I can tell you is that my skin never looked or felt greasy the entire day. This satin finish, not completely matte foundation, helps to mattify the skin, while still looking light and natural well into the evening. I saw no problem getting a solid 16 hour wear without fading, creasing or oxidizing.
