Karl Lagerfeld has collaborated with Shu Uemura to release a limited edition Shupette Collection this 2014 holiday season. The entire Shu Uemura Shupette Collection is based around, and inspired by Karl Lagerfeld, famous white kitty, Choupette. Choupette aka Shupette Lagerfeld, is the Queen of catnaps, is a spoiled galmourpuss and is social media’s most wanted. The entire collection is adorable and done in metallic silver with drawings of Choupette on each piece. It has a lightweight, oily texture that gently and thoroughly breaks down makeup, dirt and excess oil. It rinses clean away with no oily residue or greasy film, is perfect for all skin types and won’t clog or cause breakouts. It also isn’t drying on the skin like other cleansers and has a light and refreshing floral scent that isn’t too strong or over overwhelming. 
Simply apply 1 to 2 pumps of Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil Skin Purifier to the palm of your hand and rug together. Evenly distribute the oil all over the face and massage it into the skin and over the eyes. It’s one of the first oils that can be used on a dry face, without the use of water, but of course, if you have damp hands, the oil will instantly transform into a milky texture. You can immediately see the oil breakdown and dissolve the makeup, even waterproof mascara, leaving your skin squeaky clean, soft and smooth. 
I love that Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil Skin Purifier comes in a pump style bottle as it’s less wasteful and less messy than other cleansing oils. I’ve been obsessed with cleansing oils these past few years, but this takes my obsessing to an entirely different level. I’ve been using this daily to help remove my waterproof mascara and it truly just melts the mascara off my eyes, with no rubbing needed. It washed clean away with no oily residue or leaving my eyes blurry or stinging. It also does an excellent job at removing my full-coverage foundation with only the smallest amount. I prefer to use it on a dry face, as I find it more effective than adding water like other oil cleanser. Although this comes with an expensive price tag of $98 for 450ml, this is truly the largest bottle I’ve ever seen. I have other cleansing oils that I’ve had for 6 months at only 200ml, so I bet this would easily last you the entire year if used daily. Also as an added bonus, you don’t need cotton pads, saving you even more money.
