Just like the name suggests, it has a lightweight, creamy, milky texture that helps to remove makeup, dirt and daily grime with no rinsing required. This 3 in 1, cleansing milk, toner and eye makeup remover can be used with a cotton pad, or simply with the use of your fingers. I actually found it more effective if I applied it directly to the skin and massaged it in, using the tips of my fingers.
