Breakfast at Tiffany’s
If you rewind time, wearing a black dress for any occasion outside of mourning at a funeral, would have been considered inappropriate. Then in the early 60’s, Audrey Hepburn, wore a chic and fashionable little black dress in Breakfast in Tiffany’s, and soon thereafter everyone realized that the LBD was indeed a sexy colour. Now everyone has at least one little black dress hanging in their closet, because it undoubtably adds a touch of sophistication and sleekness to any event you attend. I’m still obsessed with this Jessica Simpson LDB dress that I picked up for a Vegas trip a few years ago. I love that it’s sexy, yet not too form fitting. It’s the perfect date-night dress.
