A comfy and casual walk around the city today. On day 7 in Edmonton, we thought we’d take a stroll around downtown and see what this amazing city has to offer. After a long and busy day of walking around WEM (for over 9 hours) yesterday, I didn’t really want to leave the hotel, but since time is limited, we decided not to waste it. We spent the afternoon downtown, checked out a few local shops, had lunch, enjoyed a hot coffee on the patio and just enjoyed each other’s company. The weather has been amazing since we got here, a lot warmer than Ontario, but today was a little chilly, only about 2 degrees. We’re lucky enough to have a SuperStore right across the street from our hotel, so we did our grocery shopping for the week and then headed back to the hotel for a little NetFlix. We started to re-watch House ever since we got here, oh how I’ve missed that show. All in all, the perfect Sunday.
