My love of stripes continue on the blog today. Yesterday’s post was all about stripes, and it seems like today’s post is a continuation. I played it safe again today with my stripes, nothing too over the top, just a simple neutral palette done in black and white. I believe this shirt is suitable for all body types, it’s not too intimidating, nor bold, but still makes a statement. It’s a step up from a pinstripe, but not as overpowering as a wider stripe like in yesterday’s jacket. Two days in a row I showed you how easy stripes are to wear, if you’re still scared of a horizontal stripe cause you think it might make you look wider, this vertical stripe might be a better option for you? This shirt is figure flattering, its classic black and white pattern can easily take you from day to night and its unique pocket brings visual interest to the shirt.
On a side note, I can’t believe I’ve already been in Edmonton for 10 days, time is flying. The city is beautiful, the malls are wonderful, the people are super sweet, the food is yummy and the weather’s perfect; I may not want to leave.
