I would imagine it would be best suited for those with thicker hair or looking for extra moisture, but it doesn’t hurt us fine hair gals to use it once or twice a month, just to add a little shine to our locks.

This multi-tasking oil really can be used from head to toe. I’ve tried all 4 ways, but I actually prefer it as a body oil treatment. It provides silky perfection for hours after bathing. Since it does leave somewhat of an oily residue behind, but in a good way, without feeling greasy, I find I can even keep my daily moisturizer. Don’t worry about it feeling sticky, I can get dressed immediately afterwards, without the feel of it transferring or leaving oil marks on my clothing.
