#WeveChanged
If you were following my Instagram stories on Thursday, you would have seen that I walked my very first fashion runway. Although I was incredibly nervous, as I was alongside some of the most beautiful models Canada has to offer, I managed not to do a faceplant on the runway and become fashion roadkill like Carrie Bradshaw in SATC. The entire night was based around Sears Canada’s very first Pop-Up Shop (322 ½ Queen Street West Toronto), which opened their doors to the public over the weekend. If you’re into designer brands, but not the expensive price-tags, you’re going to love the new Cut @ Sears. It delivers great value on ever-changing brand names well below department retail value.
Over the past few months, the Sears Canada buyers have been busy hunting down this season’s hottest brands and designers. In doing so, they are able to offer you off-price clothing at 30% to 60% off. I was lucky enough to rock several pieces from the brand-new Cut @ Sears Canada Collection. It was like a treasure hunt shopping for these pieces, and will continue to be so for each one of my shopping experiences from here on out. The collection will be ever revolving and changing weekly, so you’ll never know what you’ll find in stores. I instantly fell in love with this Romeo & Juliette floral skirt, as it just screams springtime. This Racheal Roy utility jacket was an excellent find and instantly gave this otherwise feminine and girly outfit some edge.
Unlike outlet stores, which tend to be messy, chaotic and unorganized, the new Cut @ Sears Canada Collection will still offer the same welcoming and shoppable environment you’d expect from Sears, but with off-designer prices. The selection will be constantly changing to offer continual flow of fresh and current clothing, so be sure to check back often.
