Sephora Collection Perfection Mist Airbrush Foundation has a lightweight, oil-free texture that can be applied to both your face and body. To apply, just shake the can for 5 seconds and then hold 10” from face and begin spraying in circular motion. You can also spray directly onto your makeup brush and then apply to the skin. It feels silky smooth and actually feels fairly cold when you first spray it onto the skin. You can use a brush to help buff it into the skin and it sets fairly quickly. You can customize your coverage to your desired level by simply applying a few more layers. It’s easily buildable from a light, to medium to even a full coverage by just applying more foundation without looking too heavy or cakey.
Sephora Collection Perfection Mist Airbrush Foundation is pretty much fool-proof. It’s perfect for those that are short on time, as this foundation goes on fairly fast and easy. I did find it a little messy when applying directly to the face, I found it not only got into my hair, but also on my clothing. I felt like I was actually wasting more product this way. The easiest way, for me, was to spray a little onto the back of my hand and then use my buffing brush to apply it to the skin. It feels amazing on the skin, super soft and hydrated. It instantly reduced the appearance of redness around my nose, blurs any imperfections and breakouts and also helps to even out the skin tone within seconds. It gives a luxurious, airbrushed look that stays put the entire day. It didn’t fade, oxidize or become blotchy. It also didn’t cling to any dry areas or make my skin look or feel oily. I’m somewhat obsessed with this foundation now, everything from the full coverage that’s easily achievable, to the silky smooth texture of my skin, to the ever-lasting staying power.
