Since I like to think of this fashion blog as much more than just pretty clothing, today I thought we’d talk home décor. Just like fashion, adding a fresh new colour scheme to your home is an excellent way to revamp your entire home. I have to admit, as much as I love fashion and beauty, interior design will always hold a special place in my heart. If you follow me on social media, you probably will see Derek and I out at least a few times a month shopping for new pieces to add to our home. Just like fashion, home décor pieces are constantly evolving, most stores getting new inventory a few times a week, with the most popular and eye-catching pieces flying off the shelves the day of. A new throw, candle or knick-knack is the perfect way to bring new life to any room and less expensive and time consuming than painting. Adding a new colourful accent, a few pillows, maybe some fresh flowers will make a huge difference in your home, all while staying on a small budget.
