In the fashion world, wearing pink can sometimes be a bit of challenge. While most colours can often add a pop of colour to an otherwise simple or boring outfit, pink can quickly veer into Barbie territory if you’re not careful. Pink is actually universally flattering on most people, if you find the right hue to match your skin tone, it can instantly enhance any neutral shade you pair with it. Since spring weather is finally here, it was the perfect time to dust off this hot pink jacket that’s just been sitting in my closet waiting to come out and play. You’ve seen it several times on this fashion blog and I’m pretty sure you’ll be seeing a lot more of it. It’s an oldie, but a goodie. General rules when wearing pink, pair it with neutral shades like black, white and greys, choose your shade wisely, add in some texture like faux fur or faux leather and then toss in a bold pattern or print.
