Dress for your Destination

Dress for your Destination

Life is like riding a bike, to keep your balance, you must keep moving. A stylish woman rides her bike like an accessory, but that doesn’t mean she wants to show up anywhere looking like she just got off her bike, does she? It’s so important to dress for your destination, attending a meeting, dress in business attire, getting together with friends for coffee, a cute sundress or skinny jeans paired with your favourite top will do, heading to a fancy play or the opera, try an evening gown, off to a EDM festival… clothes optional.

Derek and I are off to Ever After Musical Festival at Bingemans Park in Kitchener, where some of the best DJs from all around the world come to perform and where guests wear pretty much nothing. Of course, I’m all about being yourself and rocking whatever makes you look and feel confident, but this fashionista wants to not only be comfortable, but stylish and chic at the same time. I know I’m attending a festival where less clothes is better, but I’m just a little too old to be frolicking around in my undies. Instead, I’ll be rocking my new favourite One Teaspoon jeans, a white tank (which I’ll bring this lightweight H&M blouse for the evening) and my oh-so-comfy espadrilles.
