I personally love the look of cowboy boots, even though I may not be a fan of country music or rock too many Western looks on this fashion blog doesn’t mean I don’t like to style them every once in a while. Since we were heading to a small town today, passing several farms along the way, I thought it was the perfect time to go a little country. I know cowboy boots may not be “in” right now, but I truly believe in wearing what you love at the moment, and not always falling into the latest trends.
I know a lot of people are scared to rock cowboy boots in everyday life, in fear of looking like you just walked off the set of Dukes of Hazzard or looking like an extra in a Jessica Simpson These Boots Are Made For Walkin video. Although pairing your cowboy boots with cut-off shorts and a checkered crop top is probably the easiest and safest bet, there’s so much more than this look. My favourite way is to pair it with a light and airy floral dress. It screams summer, is chic, cute and feminine all at the same time.
