We all know I’m a huge fan of Target’s collaborations with top designers, I get up bright and early hoping for no lines and always come home with a few pieces. When local Toronto designer Sarah Stevenson won the Toronto Fashion Incubator’s New Labels competition last year (which Target is the sponsor for), I couldn’t wait to see what she was going to come up with for her collaboration with Target. Phillip Lim and Peter Pilotto have nothing on this girl, her 15 piece collection is out of this world. No really, I wanted every single piece, I was disappointed that my local Target only had 12 out of the 15 pieces. As a textile and fashion designer, her collection features richly hued florals and feminine, sophisticated styles inspired by nature. Sarah Stevenson for Target collection is timeless, elegant and romantic, I can’t wait to for you guys to see what I picked up.
