Who else hates flying? I just love spending a thousand dollars to fly within my own country, I love getting to the airport at least 2 hours early to just sit around, I love that everyone I come in contact with is either cranky or rude and I especially love all the silly weight and no liquid restrictions. We were up at 3, left hotel by 4:30, arrived at the airport by 5 and were up in the air by 6:30. As if the small seats, the weird smells and the long flight wasn’t bad enough, I get stuck in the only seat with a non working TV. What am I supposed to do, look at the back of the seat for 4+ hours? I asked if they knew how to fix it, of course they didn’t, said they can look at it when we land. That’s great, but what does that do for me now? I know it’s not a huge deal, but when I pay for a service, I expect to get what I pay for. As an airline, I have 4 expectation out of you, get me to my destination safely (and hopefully on time), serve some kind of refreshment, have on flight entertainment and try not to lose my luggage. Seems doable, right? Our flight wasn’t on time and I didn’t have any form of entertainment, I guess 2 out of 4 isn’t bad???
