Music Festival
When Giant Tiger challenged me to create an entire look for under $75, I knew I wanted to come up with a summertime festival look. I was attending Rock the Park and wanted a rocker, chic outfit for the event. Although I like to look cute at outdoor concerts, I don’t like to spend a ton of money on my look. Sure I want to look fashionable and cute, but you never know what the weather is going to be like. A little rain can quickly become extremely wet, messy and gross. I often look for inexpensive pieces, just in case I get grass stains, beer spilt on my shirt, or mud on my clothes. It’s been awhile since I was in Giant Tiger, but let me just tell you, a lot has changed since I was in there last.
I found this retro Guns N’ Rose tee for only $7, these comfy and super trendy animal print flats for $15, flowy floral shorts for $15 and the perfect crossover bag to hold my iPhone, charger, keys, cash and lippie for only $14. I completed the look with some flash tattoos that were only $1.50, and we all know how expensive these can be. I tossed on my own sunnies, watch and bracelet and I had a complete festival look for under $50.
