How to style a floral dress

Floral prints are always a huge hit in the warm summer months, but it doesn’t mean you can’t wear them all year round. This new Smart Set dress took a little convincing to try one, but once I did, I instantly fell in love with it. It’s the perfect floral dress for fall. I love the idea of layering this floral dress with a simple denim vest, a long cardigan, a jean jacket or even a leather biker jacket. Depending on what I layer it with and what shoes I pair it with, I can totally recreate completely different looks by just switching up a few key pieces. Today, I went a little country. Nothing screams cowgirl like a killer pair of cowboy boots, in which I’ve only had on a handful of times. There’s also something very western about this mustard yellow Phillip Lim purse.
