New Summer 2015 Shades

On hot summer days I tend to reach for lighter, sheerer pops of colour on the lips, that also help to keep my lips hydrated. Avon has come out with 4 new summer shades of their Mark. All Butter Now Lip Treat to help increase moisture by 124%. It’s infused with shea, cocoa and mango seed butters along with vitamin E to treat dry, rough lips with a butter rich shine. Although only 4 new shades, it has a decent amount of colour to pick from, from your basic nude, to mauve, a bright pink and even a cherry red. A little something for everyone.

Mark. All Butter Now Lip Treat comes in a fun, summery and girly metallic pink packaging with a somewhat reflective shine to it. It’s extremely emollient with a rich and creamy texture that provides a sheer wash of colour to the lips. It glides on smoothly with ultimate shine and sits comfortably on the lips. Depending on the colour selection, it ranges from semi-sheer to subtle opaque coverage with a slight shimmer. It’s one of those lippies that only lasts a few hours before fading, but it does a wonderful job at moisturizing the lips without clinging to any dry areas or bleeding into fine lines.

Mark. All Butter Now Lip Treat in Terra Hotta is a pinky nude, Mauvelous is a rich mauve with a slight sparkle, Fired Up is a gorgeous bright cherry red that’s my absolute favourite and Razmatazz is a summery, bright pink with an extremely shiny finish. Each shade retails for $14.
