I can’t believe it’s almost the end of August. This summer is flying by. I’ve been trying to take advantage of this beautiful weather and spend as much time as I can outside. It’s difficult for me to slow down and not spend every waking minute focusing on the blog. I actually took a step back and didn’t attend any beauty/ fashion events for an entire 3 weeks. As much as I missed the social engagement and my blogger friends, it was a nice break. I enjoyed not having to run back and forth to Toronto and spending endless amounts of hours in the car. What did I learn from all this… my blog will survive if I take some time off and I need to slow down. Where do we go from here, I’m promising myself to take the weekends off. No more blogging on Sat and Sun for this girl (lets see how long this lasts)?
